The CRM principles of threat and error management, situational awareness and many other also apply to the unmanned aircraft. Why is this important? CRM focusses on human factors in aviation. We particularly encourage pilots and observers to reflect, in honesty, on their personal performance. We supplement this proces with knowledge to create training moments.
